Spurgeon Manor offers six apartments in our Iona Wise section: Studio (400 sq. feet), One Bedroom (600 sq. feet), and Two Bedroom (800 sq. feet). All apartments feature ground level locations, parking, individually controlled heating and air conditioning, stove, refrigerator, disposal, draperies, carpeting, and access to community facilities including the library, cafe, and recreation areas.  The monthly fee includes payment of all utility charges (except telephone and cable), bimonthly housekeeping services, and laundry facilities.  The noon meal is provided at no extra charge. For an additional fee, the breakfast and supper meals are also available.  Fee schedules are subject to change at the discretion of the Spurgeon Manor Board of Directors.
